Title of Suggestion: Replace the Black Market Dealer model.



Description: Replace the Black Market Dealer model to something that fits for CityRP.


Why: Because the current model for the Black Market Dealer doesn't fit for CityRP and it's unrealistic. You wouldn't see a Black Market Dealer or at least someone in real life with a vest, pistol holster, gloves and a balaclava mask because he would get in trouble with the police. A Black Market Dealer shouldn't even wear something like this, the model fits for a robbery, raids, terrorism, etc.

Also allow this model to be a reward for 10 RPP points alongside the gasmask. Would be great for it to be usable, as I see many occasions where it would fit.
