A car glitch

Well,i personally dont know how to call this but a car glitch. Today on v4b1,i was driving my merc,and suddenly i saw an injured man,he said over looc that he is driving the car,even tho he was injured (i didnt capture any pics of these) then a medic came,and while medic was healing him,i saw his ghost flying by. It was kind of a creepy glitch. "I exited out of a moving gray golf gti", thats the only reason it happend. I did manage to capture a few pics of the ghost,moving towards the complex just between the 4 tunnels.

When that happens do record me on console and then do stop on console and it should fix.
