Theory behind this:

Aslong as Contraband does not get destroyed, the criminals  cannot place  new contraband.

We started  as a Storage Company for people tos tore their stuf where it is safe and secure.
We had 2 guards working at our  base.

But in time  the cops  contacted us to store  their confescated  contrabands. And we accepted it.
At the end we had  so mutch  that we had to move it to a different storage room as the contraband took alot of space.

We had 5 guards and the government  protected us aswell.

Total of confescated contraband:

Druglabs: 40

This will be just the beginning of what I have in stall for evo City.

- Storage Company: To store all contraband.
- City Watch: To control the city together with the police force.

- And possible something else incase things go bad.
