Name of player: He had a Name Hack so we couldn't get his actual name, although his IC name is believed to be Ted Baker

Time in GMT: 23:25, probably still active now. (< It's about 23:40 as I type this.)
Summary: So after I got back in to EvoCity one, I started playing as an SS and then people where complaining about another hacker who was RDMing. He had a namehack so I don't have his actually steam name, but I DO have footage of Pechvarry Tranqing the game, then their names being exactly the same and it clearly showing his in-game name as Ted Baker.
