Drop the models materials and folders into garrysmod and you choose yourself if you wanna replace current skins by ep2 skins it doesn't matter if you click yes or no to replace

It depends, if you are adding a map you want to go in the map folder and place it. If you are adding materials or sound or whatever. you can place it directly in the folder.
