Reason why you should be unblacklisted:Okay, someone did an advert which stated "selling raptor for 100k" I found that quite amusing so I said in OOC: "HAHA You Can't SELL RAPTOR he IS A MOD LOL!". He then said in reply: "caps lol" word by word (check the v33x logs) which intended he found it funny! Later on the president became a dictator and put the tax up because "he wanted underwear" so I said "RAID TIME xD" which then resulted in a 20min blacklist from OOC. I don't think this was a fair blacklist at all!

Yes, okay then I wrote two caps-locked messages. The point is that you did not give me any warning at all accept for "caps LOL", a little joke turned into a blacklist, for 20 Minutes... When I tried to discuss it with you in game all you replied with was "k" and you did not try and resolve or explain the situation in any way, shape or form.
