Summary: I was first at nexus garage trying to record a guy breaking NLR and RDM. Then this guy came and ran me over for no reason and drove off. So a few minutes later i see him again, and try ask him a question OOC why he CDM'ed me. Then he tried to kill me again. I was next on zebra crossing walking, and trying to ask him and you can clearly see he was trying to CDM me.
