Suggestion - Make /sleep finaly useful

Hey.

Suggestion:

When you are drunk and dont have water, your very far from water whats the solution? Sleep the drunk mode away. Command /sleep would be used to remove the drunk mode. Time would be set for that so it wouldnt be instant.

Why would it be useful:


Drunk hobo's would sleep on the walkway and get their drunkness away, in parties people who have drunk too much they'll pass out (/sleep) and when they wakeup they are fresh to go.
