Manufacture Problem

I can't manufacture, It says 'This item cannot be manufactured by you!'

And I'm a dorleone member and I want guns.

How do I fix this?

In order to manufacture guns, you must be the correct class.

The class required would be changing to Gun Dealer.

But I believe it is not allowed to just spawn yourself guns/ammo, so just go find a gun dealer and buy from him.
