Summary:Basically he was in front of nexus shooting off flares randomly, I tried to arrest him to detain him, and question him on why he was doing it. He then failed to FearRP, ran to the Bank, where I tazed him. As I was handcuffing him he Disconnects then reconnects. He he clearly did this to avoid arrest.
