I believe that is a clientside bug, noticing you have a sun roof and a wheel cover on the back, I too have that bug but that is only because I had to install the vehicle addon separately from the servers' downloads. So maybe if you have the addon then you might be able to disable it and possibly that would help. But I also have that bug and I can see the new things on the cars... I also believe that the Fearless version of the addon is older than the one we have.

It is the addon that was updated, the car creator (LoneWolfie) added the wheel cover and I think he added the bug

I uninstalled the addon, now the Mercedes looks fine...
