Why we should unban you: I know that an admin told me once that you can quickly run through your NLR zone to go somewhere, I did that and found my car so I took it. The second reason that I should get unbanned is because I was there in OOC, not in IC.

You say you were entering the area OOCly? This doesn't mean you can run in and grab your car.

You waited near the NLR zone for a minute or so and the darted to get your car. You knew you were breaking NLR and yet still did so.
