ONLY READ IF YOU WANT IN-DEPTH DESCRIPTION, JUST WATCH VIDEO
It all started when a security guard tranquilized me and he came out, shot me while i was tranqed then killed EpicSpadge who had no gun out, then a friend of ours killed him, nommy and Evo found EpicSpadge in the street and started punching him, this is when Evo random tranqs EpicSpadge, luckily a bystander was there and killed nommy before he could kill Spadge, I chased the tranq sniper who turned out to be evo188, then nommy retunred in his car (this was about 1 min after so he was breaking NLR) and attempted to CDM EpicSpadge, EpicSpadge killed him. Around 1 min after that he returned as citizen and said "im not RDMing any more" i said you "You are breaking NLR" to which he replayed "i changed jobs" and "no body cares anyway". I stopped recording but just as i did he took a knife to a random bystander that helped us earlier and killed her, we chased him down and killed him for killing our friend. Then after we killed him he returned YET AGAIN followed by evo188 this time he loaded a galil and shot at us while Evo CDMed us. Later on me and Spadge were just stood on the street when he ran up to us and molotoved us, then later on again Evo and him (after we just spawned from the Molotov disaster) decided to CDM us again.
EVERY TIME I SHOT HIM WAS FOR SELF DEFENCE OR TO DEFEND MY FRIENDS, I DID NOT SHOOT HIM BECAUSE OF ANY OF HIS RULE BREAK
