This is a ban request on player " Zingar"

Summary: I was rping my lone and abit contrafarming, well too many complained about him in OOC so i though to record him, once i recorded i saw he broke many Rules such as " FearRP " and "FailRP " since he was asking to be killed, and he was running from the Police officers to not be Tazed or taken to jail ( While hes gun pointed ).
