First of all, this isn't the proper section of the forum to request refunds. Secondly, a Mac-10 has something like a $500 value.. That's too small to even bother refunding you.
Also if you're going to complain about something the least you can do is provide evidence to the person who is doing the prop-minging. Denied. If you really want your $500 go post in help and support.
