Ban request on 2 people prop smashing

Summary:

At the time I was SRU in the nexus. We kept feeling these earthquakes. So we go outside - Nothing.

We have a look around - Nothing.

Untill I come to AM/PM with an officer stood outside. I warn them that I will get a BR and turn around and stake the place.

In the meantime they prop-push a yellow hummer and kill the driver not the passenger (Torque was the driver), Then after they start to prop-smash again.

I then take the pictures... then here I am.
