Yea, Owens been an idiot today, first thing that happened to me, I found his body, and looted his gun, he broke NLR, came back, threatened me with a ban request, and talked about In-character. I had made a deal with a guy to buy his car, and Owen trapped me in the closing door, and mingepunched me to exactly 66hp (from 100hp if it matters).
