ERROR MESSAGE: Cut Linked List Overflow

This is getting very erritating now I have lost my xm and some of my galils to it. Sad.
So here's the problem whenever im playing gmod on city rp after a while (20-40 minutes) My gmod just exits with no warning then i get an error message saying "cut linked list overflow". Anyone know how to solve this?

Strange... I never faced such a propblem a screenshot would be more helpful

Never heard of that error before..
Try lowering your video settings and try to keep it as low as possible.
