Summary: As I was patrolling this guy ran a red light, I just wanted to get some RP going and let him "/me" the whole situation, he decides not to pull over, he said "I won't pull over unless I know what I did wrong", I did not answer him and continued the chase, eventually he was infront of me and I rammed him into the rocks, getting his car into a position that he couldn't get out of. Prune and I aimed our guns at him for several minutes, I took screenshots of the time but Steam won't let me take screenshots of the SHIFT+TAB screen. However during the time we kept him there, I noticed it was the president's car, which he stole as a citizen and there was no reason attached to it either, probably just boredom. He also changed his job during the process, we couldn't get him out of the car and therefor we couldn't do anything and he changed his job.

Notice as when he talks he's a citizen, then when I took a screenshot of the playerlist he was a doctor. And you see that the car belonged to the president ( Owen ).
