Summary: He was running around with a camera being a camera man, but then the president changed the laws and one was 'Anyone running TV shows or running about with a camera and footage will be arrested, Markus kept doing this and I then followed him in a police car, got out and told him to put the camera away or face jail time, he said something, not sure what and ran away, i then tased him, handcuffed him and he put in OOC 'RANDOM TASE' he then kept running when I had a taser pointed at him, I got him warranted and as I was about to arrest him he disconnected to avoid jail time and then rejoined 2-3 minutes later
