Hello, I have a question:

I will be going on a vacation and after that to college, and will probably not return. As I will buy a new PC my brother will get this PC, and he is really looking forward to playing on fearless (we played alot on my account together already, should know the rules etc. a bit). Would this cause any trouble concerning multiple accounts on one PC? I am not banned, and this account (Pringled) will most likely not be seen for the coming months as I will need to focus on my study. He also owns his own copy of gmod already. I have one more question: is it allowed to give him some of my items and the rest to my friends and a few random people?
