Summary: This guy was being a complete minge in OOC chat and in game. I did not capture any screenshots of him in-game being a minge E.G Jumping on top of a taxi. But i did gain screenshots of him Swearing on OOC multiple tiems after a warning given to him.

i do not find it ridiculous that its not bannable for him to continually swear in chat plus his name is racist in a view. Him also acting like a minge jumping on cars and juming in front of cars suiciding is not relevant.
