Summary: I was just walking about after I got propkilled as president from an unknown person and then I seen a map stop his mustang in front of the fuel station and I thought it was odd so I checked it out. I see $尺IOT$™[CZ] sleeping on the road even though we told him to get up. Also after getting up after around one minute or two. He get's up after randomly punches me (which I do NOT have evidence for but I do have two photos of him running away after I take one hp damage. I accuse him of failrping (Evidence provided) and random punching (Insufficient evidence).

Evidence was deemed sufficient, however the rule infractions committed do not warrant a suspension. As a result, this ban request will be closed and denied. This should be a warning to a player that this behaviour may result in punishment.
