Summary: He came to my casino, rules were followiung: he bets money, then i spin wheel, he chooses color. If wheel stops at him color he doubles, if not, he loses all money. I spin wheel at beginning, but it bugged lots like you can see from video. Then when it spun correctly. Pres won and he bet 5000 before i spinned it. So he won 10k, i gave him 10k he wanted 30k . I still dont get why, then he arrested me for not giving him 30k when he bet only 5000 and won! Here is video!

As for proof i cant respond to that, Since there is not any, Just a private video.

Lets start with the casino story, He told me i could win alot of cash as president, If i spun the wheel, So I chose 2 colours, ANd he said if it lands on your colour, U double your money. I said fine. He spun 3 times cause his prop was well, Bad. and kept spinning cause well he lost twice, Even the cop saw it. Then first he did not want to give even the 10k and did the "Laughing" pose at me. Then i called him a scammer, he called me a thief, and gave me 10k. Insulting the president in his own town, and trying to scam him. So yes an arrest of 5 minutes for having such a big mouth.

Then when he was arrested for 10 minutes , He was making advertisements where he basically said he was gonna kill me, He invaded the nexus and hid while i was out, And advertised this , He was sitting on One of the beams above lobby, Saying he was gonna snipe me. So my officers Warned him, Shot him down from the beams, And he Ran( Breaking fear RP) They then chased him, eventually capturing him and arresting him, Seeing as how severe the crime was, i installed a jail warden and arrested him for 10 minutes, The jail warden had to get to the jail though, So a security guard temporarily guarded him for like 1 minute or so. After that the jail warden arrived. There were literally like 20 people on the server as the screenshot shows, So i had to deal with a limited police force, and someone looking straight for agressive RP and then whining when it did not go his way. (Will scully became the jail warden) ( The security guard was Robo Derp)

Im hoping that the rest of the government will back this story up, But i did not make any videos, since im there for fun, Not acting as if im a camera.

Id like to add that this person, Jalapeno, Had been complaining all night to at least 5 different people, from RDM to Propminge, And claimed he was gonna BR ALL of them, I do not see them.

Arrest was invalid, no it is not an insult, and if it was you literally just did the same to him. He did not scam in any way, he tried to get it to spin correctly.

I Rp'd the fact that if it was a real casino it would be accused of scamming, Especially an important figure. He did not explain anything to "the president". He specifically invited me with a super high chance to win, As he adverted. Which is why when he "tried to make me lose" (IC) Fixing the prop (OOC) The president got mad, He then called the president a thief after he had spun "3 times". Was able to review video now and at 3 minutes he straight up says i lost cause i bet on green and yellow. Which WOULD make him a scammer. He then points and laughs as if he just scammed me, Which gave me even more RP reason to call him such. As a IC reason that the spinner didnt work correctly he also said: I didnt spin good; Would u take that in a real casino as a reason to get robbed of your money?
(Little side note- He also said the BR was gonna be posted on the officer, Yet i do not see his name referred to anywhere, Does he have some personal grudge?)
Those were my honest RP reasons, If those are not valid i do apologise. If it was an unfair arrest in your eyes i do apologise and i will try to be more careful with it next time. To me it felt like an RP that was fine to do for the reasons i stated above.
