Summary: I saw "R3C4LL STEAM_0:1:33378336" driving around in his red car, when suddenly Slender-man1200 starts shooting at him for no reason.
So "R3C4LL killed him, and the next cop that starts shoot at him aswell.
After that, slender-man starts shoot at him again at first sight (breaking NLR).
Aswell as F I R A S, who was the other cop that got killed.
And ThePupils follows along starts shoot at him for no reason (at R3C4LLS) car.
After a while the other two cops stops chasing him. still Slender-man continues to chase him apperantly (wanting revenge).
As happened to me aswell before, I was a rebel that got in a situation that had Slender-man killed. 2 minutes later start shooting at me trying to get revenge.
Anyway after a while Slender-man stops R3C4LL for no reason, forcing him to get out of the car, and telling him to get down.
Another thing is that all these three cops was during the time pointing weapons out at everyone all the time.

Cops attacked with weapons.

Responded with weapons.

Re-spawned and tried to kill me again.

Both F i R A S STEAM_0:1:50699540 and ThePupils STEAM_0:0:42684157 did break NLR, but only because Slender started shooting at me again and they may have believed a new crime had been commited. I would excuse them perhaps.

I decided to stop and let [slender-man1200 STEAM_0:1:81638047] pull me over rather than turn this into a never ending death-match (He had no evidence of my crime since he died).

He attempted to arrest me for killing him.
