Cant see new skins

Hey. real quick, I cannot see the new Police and SRU car skins, I dont know why, I have everything downloaded.
any help?

Try removing all your addons from your Steam Workshop and deleted and re-download the 'flcontent'.
Also make sure you've put the different downloads in the right folders.
