Summary: Alright, so there was some conflicts first. I've heard that Rebels and Civilians can't work together. Second, police started shooting in the tunnel. Then Malaal started building in the end of the tunnel. Blocking all cars and stuff. Then he said he no collided it. Cars was still not able to get through.
