As confirmed yesterday by Pavi, there is no rule which states wall-banging isn't allowed therefore it's applicable to do so.

I did it today to you Hefren and i asked infernaw who said it was okay.

I heard multiple admins say it is allowed. Not sure why to be honest. Maybe to RP that bullets can go trough walls?

I would say yes but consider things eg would a cop shoot through a wall possibly hitting unseen innocent person

I remember a long time ago, I was informed it was not permitted - however it was never expressly permitted within the rules. Temar has basically specified a circumstance in which logic is required. It depends on your situation. As far as I am aware, the general act of 'wallbanging' is not against the rules; however in some cases it may be considered a failure of role-play.
