Summary:

We arrested "Hello my name is Hack" for running down a Police Officer for fun. Immediately after, he disconnects and reconnects to avoid the jail time. When i am leaving the place we arrested him, i encounter him again, and he tries to explain why he is allowed to do it (and he was doing a terrible job), when his partner shoots me.
