Keep waiting, they provide no phone number which is a foolish move on steams behalf.

I once just kept adding info and they then finally answered me, but yes, they're quite slow and don't forget they still have to verify everything about your account. I usually just give them my name and stuff because I entered those when I joined Steam.

Make sure your credit card is not linked as he may gift himself games using your card. Then make sure you have a security question that you keep up with, that you change regularly and try to email recovery as long as co tacting steam giving them the website that hijacked your account.
