I decided to go the President for my first time. I went a Dictator. I was in the Nexus Office when Eisenhorn flew up and asked me "How long have you been a pres" i said "just now". Then he Blacklisted me from president for 6 hours and said "You must wait 20 mins before becoming a dictator, read the rules". I have looked all over the rules and not one rule states this.
