Summary: They were randomly sniping people on the server at the time for no good reason.

Evidence: This screenshot is to show that me and Haxx117 were the only other citizens other than him (because in the video i didnt get close enough to get his name and his skin is obviously a citizen skin)

I was there at the time being an SRU Sargent and i can confirm this happened to them.

How can you confirm anything when you weren't even on the video?

The chart that shows me being a citizen is taken 4 minutes later from the events of the video, so it doesn't prove that I was the guy in the video Skeptical

the player list was exactly the same as it was when the incident happened, it didnt change and just because juls wasnt in the video doesnt mean he wasnt there he was shot when there was a group of people behind the nexus and then we saw you run to the tunnel then i started recording
