Summary: I noticed a red mustang driving at insane speeds going past the nexus, I ran outside with my college and waited for him to come around the corner, he came round the corner and span out of control hitting a lamppost, we both then ran up to him, pointed our Mp5s at him and repeatedly told him to get out of the car, he didn't move for a second or two and then he reversed and drove off.
My college then ran after him and caught him when he crashed just outside BP, my college then again pointed his gun at him and told him to get out, he then drove into the car park and parked his car and then changed jobs to avoid the arrest.
Evidence: I don't have any evidence to show him breaking FearRP however, he admited it in OOC shortly after and even said "Who cares" showing he does not care about the rules.
