Summary: I was going to ask the player to move his car, before I would fine him for illegaly parkeing. After denieing to answer me, I asked him to get out of his car. Then I pulled up my weapon to see if fearRP would help. As you see, it did not. The player wanted me to break character, insted of just parkeing his car correctly after being warned.
Evidence:
The player was warned over voice and by text.
