GRiiM's Sexy V2D Server Dupes
NOTICES:
- Check the prop counts of the dupes and make sure that you'll be able to spawn them (30 prop limit for regular players, 40 prop limit for donators and 200+ hour players).
- Dupes are not to be given away or re-sold, anyone caught doing so will be named and shamed, a special pit in hell will be reserved for them and I'll RDM the offender every time I see them (just kidding...maybe).
- Dupe prices may be open to some negotiations.

Prop Count: 28 for the exterior dupe, 12 for the interior dupe.

Notes: Dupe comes in 2 parts, the outside front and the interior which covers all the walls, floors and ceilings to change the material and colours. As the front is 29 props and the interior is 12 props, you will need to delete one prop to place down both correctly (I'd recommend one or two of the lights).
