Summary: I was chased by the police for reckless driving. I went in to the apartments to hide out for a while, when I went out again, I meet a citizen and a police officer. I had my AK-47 out to make sure I got out alive. When Brian saw me (the officer) he had his pistol hostered, so he went behind a stair-wall to pull it out and started shooting. For some reason it took him two shots to take me down, anyway, I had my AK pointed at him AND the citizen during that time. He did not follow fearRP, nor did he admit that what he did was a mistake, so I decided to make my first BR.

Evidence: Sadly I didnt get much of evidence, but some screenshots of the chat + when i died. Rest is for the logs and I suppose Brian is honest enough to tell the truth.

First off all, I did not had my gun down as I wanted to get back to my car as I did not broke fearRP cause you did not said anything and as I did not noticed any gun point on me aswell. My pistol was lowerd cause I was running down the stairs as every weapon does when you run, as you can see in the last screenshot that I told you that we neither you or me pointed guns to eachother.

How can I know that you had gunpoint on the citizen as I said before you did not said anything and I did not run back to the strairs to get my gun up as my gun was still up so leave that out of it.


+note You wasn't wanted cause I only impounded ur car so having that AK out for trying to escape is bull shit to me ass you mabye just tried to kill us.
