Try adding pictures colors and more information.
Might I add I cringed tremendously seeing that corporal is higher than Lieutenant on your ranks. Try going over them again. If you need me to list them all I can, I have the USMC ranks memorized. Also perhaps incorporate formatting to help make your page look cleaner.
