Title of Bug:Third Person Bug and Hud
Description: When you go in the third mode and get in to a car you can't get back to first person unless you go back to first person OUTSIDE the car. Before you were able to change first and thirdperson with crtl+tab in the car. Now when you were thridperson outside the car and gets in, you can not change it nor can you go in first person view in the car..
Something else I found, when you are getting tazed both in first and third view the hud disappears (as well the chat and hud... everything). Error is being showed, and everything gets messy. I've attacked some photos for these errors. < This happens as well when you crash your car.
