After I've managed to get into one of the FL servers my arm twitchs and when I try moving my character it spazes until it corrects itself about 1-2 minutes later. Does anyone know the cause?

I basically have same problem as you do, although my gmod just crashes after few seconds. I am not a expert at this but maybe you have too much addons installed? That kind of solved mine.

This is just a universally common problem its just the server taking the time to load all of your character data, there isnt much of a way to fix this.

After I bought my new computer this problem fixed itself, I have no idea what may have caused it to happen.
