SO I found this guy while looking for funny moments and it turned out to be a series in itself.

I already have about two more episodes after this already recorded from the session. The guy is actually a good role-player, this is just one of his characters and it's hilarious.

What I don't understand is why you use LOOC when your chats with eachother seems IC? Location and such is IC and LOOC is OOC.

Yeah, I was using LOOC at first because I was still unsure if it all was IC (because he was just so random) but then later I realised that it was an RP character so I started using IC
