Based on Sakarias88's SWEP, modified to make it work with CityRP cars and I've added custom bleep bleep sound when locking/unlocking + works trough props now (bluetooth signal)

If you give your friend access to your vehicle, can they unlock cars through this? or do they have to run up and unlock it?
