Title of Suggestion: Atmos weather control

Description:This is an addon that allows for RANDOM weather changes, like Thunderstorms Etc. This addon also controls day and night cycles too, you can control how random thunderstorms are and if they should even happen at all. You can also force thunderstorms on and off.

Why:I think it would be a nice plugin to have, it would definitely make some more "feels" to the roleplay and everyone wants day and night cycles, so hey! Why not!
