I've ensured that all those components are compatible with one another, it would only be a matter of putting the pieces together. If you want to save your spare cash, do what I did and look up tutorials on how to build a desktop. Otherwise, pay someone else to do it.

If you are going to get AMD i would advise not getting the motherboard that was suggested in this thread as from what i can see it has a FM2+ socket and for a good 8 core cpu you would need a FM3+ socket, I have an AMD FX-8350 and it is a good cpu and hasn't let me down yet I have had it for about 2-3 months now. I just thought you should be aware of that before making your final decision.
