[Fixed] Forum Post Toolbar Fix.

Dear community,

Those who are experiencing problems with seeing the reply toolbar, a temporary (or permanent) fix has been found by TheBlackShadowOfGod. The way in which you should fix this problem is by following these instructions:

UserCP -> Edit Options -> Other Options -> Board Style: Fearless Old Layout.

This will change the board layout and will provide fixes for several problems people are currently experiencing.

We are still continuing to fix the Fearless New Layout.

I never liked the new layout.

Never used the new layout because I personally think it's way easier to use and it looks better.
