Gender change

Title of Suggestion: Changing how the gender changes.

Description: Well, now when you want to change your gender in-game you need to be slayed be an admin or get killed or rejoin. But for example when you change gender you have to wait 10-30 seconds and you'll change.

Why: This will hopefully stop some people from killing themselves when they want to change gender. Also this useful when you're going to RP but you want to be another gender.

But I believe a cool down timer should be added 5-10mins or people will just keep changing and you have to be stood still when changing (if you're getting chased by the cops- you can easily change while running and hide)
