Corleone missing textures

When I joined corleone and changed to thirdperson, I noticed that my hands are missing textures, here is the picture:

Okay, is this happening with all the Corleone, the Don, or everyone except the Don? The reason I ask is because they Don's textures are separate from the rest of the 'mafia'. I need you to go to this folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\download\materials\models\fearless\mafia Look for the files named arms.vmf and arms.vtf. I believe you should be missing either one of these files or both to be getting this error. If you're missing it I'll be happy to post it here so you can get it.
