Summary: They were basing as thieves at Industrial but were propclimbing onto the wall by using ramps and props which they would jump on then jump onto the wall.

Also when we were raiding them (Morbid, Myfloodify and Mikkel) they used the wall as an advantage by popping their heads over to shoot us. Sadly I don't have any screenshots of this but if you check the logs you can see me say "stop popping your heads over" (something like that).

Finally, I know they weren't 'Criminals' but they were 'Theif' and I believe this rule should still apply.

in the first picture i did not use that i was alr up there on the third picture, u must be thinking how i get up there well i using the barrier in the six picture. so i did not prop climb.

I didn't quite understand that but all I know is you were on the wall which meant you must have jumped from something to get up there.

While we have no evidence of anyone actually using the ramp... I am finding the owner of the ramp at fault as it is accessible to anyone and could cause potential rule breaking (prop climbing). Due to the comments bart I have noticed you do not understand what prop climbing is. It doesnt matter what the prop is if you are climbing on it it is prop climbing. Even if its a world prop. I will send this user a message correcting him.
