Summary: He and a friend demanded entry randomly to my property, wouldn't give me sufficient reason, continued to base in a building next to me, followed by random handcuffing and tazing. He then came up with the excuse "routine check" but after what had happened previously I didn't take to this. I did actually try to explain the rules but this was obviously ignored.
