How do you fix administration bias? Please help.

I think we, the community. Should vote for an admin, of which is unbiased and is love by the community and only wants it to be here to help. Many of the admins hold grudges upon certain members and due to this, if they're banned. They WILL make sure they're banned for a long time.

Unfortunately many admins also have their favourites, and anyone outside of that box is never listened to or acted nice to.

Each member of their team has their good friends, that's ok, but it should not stop them from listening to other people and keeping administrating.
