Summary: I had just joined the server and saw tonnes of props everywhere. I approached 'Chuck' and asked him to remove them. Zedsdead then told me that 'Chuck' only spoke French. So I started telling him in French. Chuck kept responding with 'no' and then started prop-pushing. He then D/C .
I would just clarify I was speaking French and no mis-translation occured. He knew what he was doing wrong.
